This is a brand-new red and white striped woven fabric (probably a poly/cotton blend with a bed-sheet type of weight) swag curtain set. The package was unopened, but seeing as how I couldn't find any dimensions on the instruction sheet for hanging, I decided to open it to give you more details. The swag curtain measures about 59" in length and 30" wide. There are rod pockets on each end of the swag that will fit a 2" rod, and there is a 2-1/2" header above the rod pockets so that it will "ruffle" when hung and pushed together. The fabric is doubled, so it is completely lined so that it looks the same on both sides when hung as a swag. It has alternating stripes about 1" in width and actually looks like part of a US flag! Perhaps these could be used for the upcoming 4th of July holiday! The swag could be used as just a single curtain panel, but it would only be 30" wide, whereas, when it is hung as a swag, it is twice that wide (both ends are hung on the rod causing the "swag" in the center). This set is the only one I have, and it has been stored in my smoke-free home. I will include FREE US shipping!
