This auction is for the 1999-S Deep Cameo Proof Set.

All of the 1999 Mint Sets have a low mintage amount and are all tougher to find and a bit more expensive because of it. That would be the reason for the "Semi Key" claim.

This set also includes the FIRST YEAR of the State Quarters campaign which includes:

1999-S Delaware State Quarter
1999-S Pennsylvania State Quarter
1999-S New Jersey State Quarter
1999-S Georgia State Quarter
1999-S Connecticut State Quarter

All coins in this set are struck on Proof Blanks and can easily return a High PF grading if they are sent in to a TPGS. Also, sets that are sent into a TPGS for grading are returned with special labels that mention the coins with a special number and as long as the set is kept together, they will double in price.
