I have a pair of toddlers size 7 purple shiney boots. They are 9 1/2 inches tall with the heel being about 1 1/2 inches. They have been through 3 little girls but are still in wonderful shape they zip on the inside and both zippers work. They are by George and made from a pleather like material. Sorry to get back so late I work midnights and just got up bus to sender your guestion from heel to toe is the same length as a one dollar bill my grandson took off with my measureing tape as soon as I find it will measure the proper way thanks
