This is a beautiful 3/4" Sterling Silver Medal.

I got this a while ago and it was so dirty, it took me 2 hours to clean. Look what I saw under the filth!

The first picture is of the front depicitng the Infant Jesus and the second is of the Sacred Heart which is the back.
