go to the left hand of your screen and scroll down to verifications. You have options for bank account or phone etc. Your verified for facebook but that almost doesn't count for bidders. The phone verify is super easy. If you have a phone (even a prepay cell phone) click on that with your phone nearby and they will call you with a code. Have your computer still on the verify from when you clicked it before and punch in the code and your verified! Bank account is easy too but takes longer but not if you have a paypal account then its quick. Good luck, I want new sellers to be successful, I was new 7 months ago and someone did this for me and well I'm successful on listia. It does make a difference, trust me! Cindy

It is a sapphire and 14 k white gold I have the paperwork from littman jewlers where I bought it
