I would say a lighter blue. The design on the beads are not exactly the same. They look kind of asian in design.

also.. ??? one shows a silver spacer bead at bottom and the other not.. is that just the picture angle?? so hard when taking pics... i know..

Yes. These beads came off of a bracelet so the markings will be different but the look good together.
