These shorts are made by King Size. They are mens but they are suitable for a woman, also. They have a full elastic waistband plus a drawstring. Side pockets. The material is 100% cotton knit..like a t-shirt. The have one back pocket with a one-button closure. Very well made. They are comfy enough to lounge in and also nice enough to wear out of the house. The waist will stretch as far as the hip measurement. Please go by the unstretched measurements.
