im not real sure i usually can wear anything from a size 7to8 and they just seem alittle small just going off the tag and maybe it was the socks i had on hope this helps some

Fanned you!! ( I have a pair of Harley Boots and thay seem to run a little bigger then others do(because mine have gottten wet when riding and have stretched maybe thats why)
