What I have is a professional Hot Tool Brand Hair straighener. I purchased it at beauty supply store that only catered to licenced cosmetologist. I mostly used it on manikins and only one or twice on myself. But it has been cleaned since then. I can no longer use it my hair has been short for some time, so it has been sitting in my cabinet. As you can see from the third pic the light comes on and gets very hot. It has 6 main settings from fine all the way up to thick/course hair.
