The thing is that charger I was using for my another phone. So I didnt have any extra charger. So I have to buy a charger.....and what kind of Instruction you talking about? if you can ask me question about phone I can tell you. I dont have the box or Manual.. But the phone shining nice no dint no scratches... I am at least thinking to have 5000 on this phone... so I can go ahead and buy charger..because charger also come around 10 to 15 and also I put free shipping. Thanks..I need a fan ..I fanned you... please fan me back.

It does take pictures. yes. But it does not take SIM card. That's why you can use it either Metro Pcs, or Verizon, Sprint... or the phone company who provide WLL service. like phone service without sim.
