Im sorry, but i am NOT a gemologist of any kind, so i really dont know what that means. My ex husband used to collect real, loose, gemstones, and i paid for the majority of them, so i took them with me after the divorce. i dont really know a whole lot about them. i have a lot of stones that i dont even know what they are. i wish i could be more helpful.

most time treated means some kind of heating involved. I set my own stones now,but I have a lot to learn. but anyway..........treated or not it is a stunner. and I have the perfect setting for it. Bid Bid I must Bid!!!!!!!!!!

I was actually pointing a flash light at the stone while i took the pic, otherwise you couldnt see the star.
