Here up for bids are 2 toggles for your jewelry creations.
These can be used for necklaces or bracelets. In the
1st picture you can see how they fasten. One side of the
heart is adorned with genuine Swarovski crystals, and
the other has a smooth flat finish- you can add a picture
to this area for an even more personal touch, or leave it
how it is. I love silver because it can be used to create
all styles of jewelry- from pearls and diamonds to the
chunky and steam punk. It's not going to over play, or
outshine your creation. Just enhance and brighten it.

Are these actually silver; bonded silver; silver plate or silver tone? I would like at least a vague idea of s/h charges delivered to Northern California, please.

Shipping is free for the United States.
And I believe they are silver plated-
I do not have the packaging anymore to be absolutely sure
