Good to know that it can be used for more than cooking. Do you put it in a tea or do you dry it and put it in a capsule?

nop i use the old fashioned technique learn by my grandma, i use fresh, but you can use dry. excellent every garden here in P.R. had poleo leaves. great flavor with honey.
