I inadvertently titled this auction as a pre cancel auction. This is not a pre cancel auction. It is a prexy series auction. Used and sound stamps. I will soon list a pre cancel version. Sorry folks my haste in listing caused the error. Values are close to the same however.

I thought you meant the precancels. This one is not that scarce as US stamps go to warrant a GIN. Sorry. All you need do is bid whatever GIN you would like and you will probably win it for less. These issues are nice but not near as nice as earlier ones in terms of difficulty to acquire and prices. Thank you.
