Beautiful 18k Gold over Sterling Silver Vermeil Twisted Chain Necklace 20"

The white Sterling silver is in the center and the 18k over Sterling silver in on the outside of the chain. Has a Secure Lobster Clasp. Signed 925 and Italy and makers initials SA inside of a heart. Excellent Condition.
