The listing, The flavors of Ceylon in a bowl has ended.
I've posted this several times and nobody has bid as yet - I can only guess that's because the picture is not too enticing? Well, that's the problem with taking pictures of your own dishes rather than grabbing random ones from the internet :-)
But I can promise you, forget how this recipe looks, it's how it tastes that matters. And this Ceylonese recipe for mulligatawny soup is out of this world. You'll love it.
For the uninitiated (and I actually was one myself until my 30's), mulligatawny soup is a dish of Anglo-Indian origin, which means it was a fusion of English and Indian flavors. This particular version comes from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and thus accentuates the sweeter flavors of that zone.
Win the auction, and I'll send you the PDF file.
