Here is a 14K, size 6 Aquamarine Heart Shaped ring with diamond chips on one side. Beautiful. I got it from an ex and I have other Aquamarines and no longer want this one. Any questions, please ask. Good luck and happy bidding!

I don't know about the stone, if it's natural or not.......I've had it for quite awhile. It is heart shaped. :) Hope this helps.

Although laboratory (hydrothermal) synthesis of aquamarine has been achieved, synthetic aqua is not yet (c.1998) widely available.
Aquamarines with visible flaws are rarely seen. The costs of producing synthetic Aquamarine are very high when compared to the relative abundance of this gem, so synthetic Aquamarine is generally not produced for the gemstone market.
This does not mean its not out there , Hope this helps
