Excellent condition, gold rim, limited edition plate by Bill Bell, Numbered #U 2903, fine porcelain -- cute as can be!! Outdoor snow scene. all ornaments are cats: snowman, angel on top, angels blowing trumpets on each side, even cat jack-in-the-box and a cat doll in an open box!! Will include a plate stand with GIN!

This plate is a 1995 limited edition & not part of any series; it is signed front & back -- It sells for $50 on the Platefinders website Plate #US64F-o4401 - sorry that the pictures do not do it justice but am in process of getting new camera next week.
