the letters are stickers and ive never had any problems or complaints about these coming off

I know wal-mart has cheap iron on letters that hold up really well. There about $1.50 for a pack that has 3-4 of each letter & numbers. Just a FYI if you ever consider it ;) I've used them before for onsies and they came out amazing!
