Sounds as if you should contact Listia and fill out a ticket about this. I believe you can't swap credits like this. All I know is a family member of mine wanted to get something from another relative but the one did not want $ for it, they would have been happy to get the credits, especially since the one wanted to op out of Listia. It wasn't allowed. Just FYI!
