Beautifully handcrafted and one of my own designs. Swarovski pear shaped pearl and crystal leaf make a perfect rose. Memory wire wrap style so no pesky clasps top fight with.

does the memory wire mean that it stretches?

Not stretch though you can pull it straight and it will curl into a loop again. Memory wire is a spring-like wire that holds designs snug against your skin. All my wrap bracelets are 2.5 to 3 bands... which means they will wrap round your wrist that many times =)
