it has never been used but the plastic cover is cracked does not hurt any thing as you take it off any way it has two ways to put it on two holes for screws an a sticky back thanks for looking you can buy at radio shack for about 15 dollars

Just thought I would offer some friendly information...That is not for dual video cards. What you have there is a LCD Power Inverter from a Laptop. It is located in the bezel of the top cover under the LCD screen itself. That is where the LCD gets its power from to turn on.
