Hi this is Jim Lynnie's husband. She's hanging in ok. she's really super depressed as att took her off payroll though it wasn't her fault. she was at the dr's trying to get to work but couldn't has suffered such migraines and vertigo attacks even her dr said it was the worst he's seen her in over 6 months and so he said can't work and she went home and went to sleep at 356pm on june 23rd she got the call taking her off payroll an then i emailed hr w/ her as she can't see well very blurry vision and asked about her terminaton allowance. they told us that because she was removed from payroll for "failure to report" it was a "misconduct" and she would NOT be getting her 11 weeks of pay (she worked for at&t for 10 yrs). plus she called the union and they have sent the forms to grieve both the termination and the termination allowance so i'll help her fill those out. I'm too ill to work and haven't been able to work since 1997 and she made too much for me to continue SSI so we both filed claims her w/ SSD and me w/ SSI. but those things take time. Called her 401k in but they said that they get the updates as to who separated from the company every 2 weeks so we now have to wait on that as well. Such nonsense. She got 3 pinacle awards in arow and this all started when she was in a car accident in 2007 so now they want to turn their back on her. very sad. But she's a trooper and i'm sure we're going to get thru this one way or another.
