yes maam you can send this for less than $2 Ive sent out heavier items for less you just have to know what package to put it in!!! your trying to use the small flatrate box from the post office and that is huge for a tiny little bracelet, put this in an envelope and weigh it and you will see what the difference is!!! the post office charges $5 because they supply the box :( Sorry if this seems rude or b****y not meaning it too, just trying to help!
