Thanks Siri, I'd have to say that some of the bidders have outdone themselves too! I'm really pleasantly surprised. Will be "home" tomorrow night so responding to comments should be easier!

The trip went fast, but yesterday, 300 miles into our 700-mile leg the AC crapped out in the car. So we had to drive with the windows open and it just freaked out the cats even more, who had already pooped, vomited and drooled all over the car (and me). Miraculously I was able to call ahead to a repair shop recommended by the hotel, they got the part and fixed the AC last night, so we had a very good and quiet ride today. The cats just seemed to give up and wait to die, they were very quiet in the car today, but they are very fine now that we are back on solid ground!

They have been here before but not for quite a few years, but still seemed to remember it. One cat went RIGHT to the closet on the first floor, which my kids always called the Ministry of Cats because she would sit in front of the door and cry to be let into the closet. She went right in there and went to sleep ... the water pump is in there, and it is LOUD when it kicks on. She's a crazy cat! The other carsick cat drank a bunch of water as soon as we got here, then wanted to go out and vomited the water up. But that's okay. I'm going to wait until later to feed them ... ya think?

I'm not sure I'm going to list those, because I like them so much. I got my first bunch on Overstock.com, but found them cheaper on ebay.

I THINK I ordered more from ebay but haven't gotten them yet (I just can't remember exactly what I ordered, this stuff takes about two weeks coming from China). They may not be quite as nice as the overstock beads, but will look pretty much the same. I should get them by the end of the week, but I'm gonna have a ton of company here in the next two weeks so may take me a while to get them photographed and listed.

Cats are great now, but that first day in the car I was just covered with cat drool, vomit and other things I won't mention. Then when the AC in the car died it all turned into a pool of sweat. It was lovely! We got the AC fixed that night though, and the next day the cats were really quite calm all day in the car, I was kind of surprised!
