Yes it is stamped, I took it to a local jeweler it is sterling silver with 14 caret overlay. real sapphires and a CZ stone in the center

Yes it is stamped, I took it to a local jeweler who told me it was sterling silver with 14caret overlay. The sapphires are real and the center stone is CZ. Thanks!
