With a "Get It Now" only listing, you are buying directly, you just have to have enough XNK. For that, you can buy Bitcoin (BTC) on Coinbase or Coinbase Pro and then send that to Bittrex where you can buy XNK in exchange for BTC.

Most people don't do that, instead, they sell their stuff for XNK and use the XNK to buy GIN or auction listings. What we have here is an eBay like system but you buy and sell with XNK. You can also fill out surveys and such to get the XNK.
