The listing, Splat hair dye (Lusty lavender and blue envy plus salon quality bleach products, and ICE spiker has ended.

Boxes contain hair dye only, there are two lavender. Blue Envy is without a box it is a brilliant bright blue. I included Ion sensitive scalp 6% Developer 20 and 2 pkgs Prismlites dust free bleach lightener it lightens hair up to 4 levels all you need to be blonde or lighten your hair before you dye it. Also included is ICE spiker (water resistant hair glue)

The color will still show up, my friend has black and she used it and it looked good just not as bright.

Thats why I included the bleach and toner it will lighten your hair first before you do it. :)

I have dark hair with blonde highlights. i know it will show more on the highlighted parts but how good will it show on dark hair

this is one of the best drug store bought hair dye product ive ever bought. It did last me a while even the pink color i got after it did wear off got me some compliments.

I do remember it dyed my skin around my ears but i used a natural remedy i found online and it came right off I will include a copy. It requires household products like baking soda and lemon juice.
