Maybe what Gawks was trying to say was that unless you have either the copy rights to this or permission from the owner of the copy righted item, it's against Listia rules to auction it. Hence no copied DVDs. Originals only. Since you bought the CD, then you are allowed to auction it off. But NOT a copy. Piracy and all.
