I buy my charcoal disks in rolls of 10 on ebay...They're only about $2.25 to 3.10 per roll. As far as flavor, they are made of herbs and flowers, so they have a woodsy scent. When burning, just verbalize or visualize your intent to be carried by the smoke.

HEY BIDDERS! Don't be afraid to bid. I got some homemade herbal tea blends from this seller today and it was AMAZING how fresh and the quality - wow.
