it is used and could use to be cleaned.
there are no markings present.
this is a size 13.
i think that it is sterling silver!
no cracks in the stones and all are present.

Thank you. And thank you for asking about the banner. The banner is for moms (The Blue Star Mom's) who have a child or children that are serving in the military. Our son and daughter-in-law are both serving in the army. Therefore a star for each member serving. Please keep them and all of our soldiers in your thoughts and prayers. Our children will deploy to Afghanistan in just over 30 days.
