I am offering 45 cents off your postage costs & looking to reduce the remaining postal costs you will pay if I find smaller manilla envelopes when I go shopping . Right now all I have is 9 x 12" ones,but hope to find much smaller width ones in order to reduce the weight on these patterns directions. Will edit this and post later today as to how many ounces this will be.
