The listing, CHARMELINE WHITE TOPAZ 14K 9K RING has ended.

This is a Charmeline white topaz size 7. I bought it from Ebay about 4 years ago. It is 14K over 9K (there is NO Hallmark).

I don't understand is it 14k or 9k what does 14k over 9k mean. Please advise what the it actually is written on the ring.

As written in the description there is no Hallmark. It means 9K gold with 14K gold plate over it.. They are from overseas and they did not write anything inside; thus, no Hallmark. Thanks for looking.
