I agree 100% with bny, but also it happens with fake sellers that you win, you pay and you have to wait 7 days if they do not ship to you and file a dispute etc. Listia needs to change their policies. Also during the 7 days your credits are on hold so if you wanted to get something else it still on hold by Listia. This seller has 100% positive feed back with 1000's of sale. The fake sellers have 0 transactions, new to the site and Listia stills makes the buyer wait 7 days to get the refund. This site has changed a lot since I joined. Also a lot of sellers are not free shipping they acre Chinese companies that charge $$$ shipping. If I wanted that experience I would just go to ebay.

The sad thing is that this site was entirely created so that sellers would NOT have to list & relist & relist the same items over and over due to "potential buyers" not following through :( It was much better when all bids were final & the payment was deducted immediately & advanced to the seller right when the listing ended :)

So sorry you had to relist. I hate when that happens. But, until we get the old rules back from the way it use to be , we have to put up with these type of buyers .
and their bull when they don`t pay or ship items we win too.
I have 2 disputes up now waiting on listia to refund me due to seller not sending or has not been on line since the day they listed the item.
And one of them isn`t a new seller a old one.
Plus hate also , people who have all this xnk, and keep on buying low priced items, then they relist the item they get from you and triple the xnk price on it. Greedy to me.
