This is a hard plastic souvenir doll dressed in the local costumes of the region where they were sold. She is an Italian doll with VENEZIA on her dress. She measures 7 1/2" tall. She has black hair but I don't know what it is,Mohair??. It's glued on. She has sleep eyes that are blue. She's jointed at neck and arms, straight un-jointed hips and legs. She has on a Red dress with a hard plastic skirt underneathe to hold it in place, she has on white laced undies which have a stick pin to hold them in place, and is wearing a shawl with black fringe trim and a bow in her hair. There a piece of lace that's black pinned into her hair at the back.She has lost on shoe and the plastic under her dress has "Mod. DEPOSITATO and Made In Italy" on it. She may be signed on her back but I don't know because her clothes are pinned on and all original and I feel that my undoing it may take away from her perfection since I have no idea what I'd be doing. I may not put something back right, so I'm leaving that to the buyer...my loss is your gain if she is.She is in excellent condition for her age.
