The listing, Mc Donalds gift card has ended.

this is my first attempt at an auction of this style . i thought id try it out and see how it goes . if the bidding gets over 1000 then i will throw in a second gift card of the same value , effectively doubling the auction .

this gift card was bought specifically for listia to see how well it will do .
the gift card has a value of 5.00 dollars on it , but can easily be reloaded or loaded with even more value .

Thanks for doing this auction. I'd have added a cheeseburger photo or something. You'd want to use a non-copywritten pic and avoid anything you might get you in trouble, like something with the golden arches or the hamburgler.

its no problem for me to be able to get these , and if it does well , then i will get more of them and try other styles of auctions with them . i realize a pic would have beem better , and maybe in the next auction i will put in a pic of the card as well . i also appreciate the advice on copywritten materials , but being an employee of mc donalds , im already aware of the copywrite laws . :) thanks just the same . but i will includ a pic in the next auction . i will also try listing it in " other stuff " as well .

if this does well enough and is worth the time , i will also do cards with higher amounts on them . this one was just a trial run . i also forgot to post that the reciept for the card with the card amount will accompany the card .

Do all of the McDonald's accept these? Do they expire? I might make a stocking stuffer out of mine if I win and wouldn't know where it would get used.
