I think the 5th book Midnight Sun would be if it was to be published ever, but a side story to the Twilight. Check out the Stephanie Meyer website for that info.

According to Stephenie Meyer’s official website, stepheniemeyer.com, she began working on this story before Twilight was even released, wanting to explore what it was like to be a newborn vampire. Originally intended to be part of The Twilight Saga: The Official Guide, it came in too long at almost 200 pages, so the publishers suggested releasing it as a stand-alone title.
