gosh...i really wish I knew...its some sort of fabric. What most artificial flowers are made of- they're just like that...lol. Hope that helps you at all. I actually paid (for the white tropical flowers) about 12$ for 3 of them...they were super expensive...only used one and the other 2, which are here now, have been sitting with all my crafts for months.....
