I have, I have tried to get my address verified about 100 times it seems but they never get back to me and it never gets verified, I have tried over and over to get this fixed I live out in the country and they just don't recognise it I guess but I can't make them approve my address thanks anyways just thought you could check out my buying and selling feedback and maybe make an exception it's ok I understand the rules
