Once again I am listing this guide. I created this in hopes of helping others who are new to Celiac's disease and/or a gluten-free diet. When I first found out my daughter had Celiac's a few years ago I was lost in a sea of information. This guide helps collect that information into something much easier to understand and live by.

Absolutely! The guide is pretty straightforward, I've also listed a few different brands of staples such as breads, cereals, and snacks I've found to taste the best :) I have a 3 yr old who is gluten-free so it's important the food tastes good!
