It fits the 3rd Generation for sure, it might fit the 4th, but i do not know for a fact that it would

Yes, definitly the 3rd Generation....when I bought these covers, there were 5 covers in all, these 2, a pink, a red and a clear, and I used the other 3 covers on my 3rd Generation Ipod Touch :)
