This is a stainless steel 14g Spiked Labret. I got it here on listia but my boyfriend bought me a lot of really nice 16g jewelry so I'm getting rid of all my 14g jewelry since there is no point in keeping them now :)
I won it brand new, and I've never worn it before so it's like brand new. It's has a really long shaft, usually worn by someone with a fresh piercing so they have room for swelling. I posted a picture with the shaft against the ruler so you can see what I mean :P
