From the Morgan Mint. Comes in its own case, Pope John Paul II COIN / STAMP Cert. of Authenticity - Morgan Mint - This is a Morgan Mint Limited Edition coin and stamp set honoring the life and legacy of Pope John Paul II. This is complete in its original gift box and has its official signed Certificate of Authenticity.

This set includes an official postage stamp issued by the Philatelic Office of the Vatican City. The stamp is canceled with the official May 18, 2005 Vatican postmark-the exact anniversary of Pope John Paul II's birth. That certifies it as a genuine limited edition.

It also includes the official Pope John Paul II medal/coin that was struck by the United States Mint to honor the Humanitarian service of Pope John Paul II. This medal was authorized by an act of congress in 2000.
This is a complete set with the official hand-signed COA. Set numbered **18680** out of 100,000. Everything is in as new condition.
Ordered by a friend & given to me as a gift about 7 years ago. It has just been sitting in it's "box" untouched, in the same new condition, as it was given to me. I have opened in maybe 6 or 7 times, to take a look, but never removed it, until I decided to List it, to take pictures. The navy blue case/box it came in is lined on the bottom, in a black "velvet." The Box is in great shape, the inner of the top of the box~ (white) has a few small "marks" light black", very faint, but it is "higher" and never touches a thing. minimal, very. The COA & Everything else are in New Condition. I still have the outer white "light cardboard/paper sleeve" it slid into when I unwrapped it. It is intact, but not pristine, i prob would have thrown it away, but it protected the Blue case/box, when it was moved around. I can include it. Beautiful set, collectible, that I hope you will enjoy. Thanks:)

Thanks, I agree:) But the reason the gift was for makes owning it not the Pleasure I had hoped. Not the Gift, the occasion. So, since it has been living in a drawer for so long. I feel terrible about it, as it is truly meaningful to me under different circumstances. I never even took off the "hard covering" over the Coin, plexiglass? Or a very hard plastic, my guess. Thanks so much:) It is an incredibly beautiful set. Still in gift-giving condition!

Hi, unlike Listia's "time frame" I email each of my winners after the auction to let them know, I will get their item shipped within 3-5 business days( usually faster) So, I would say 90 some % of the items are shipped within 2-3 days. I use USPS and always pay for Delivery Confirmation & Insurance( If I decide that is best.)
