Yes and I apologize for the high shipping but I ship everything flat rate and I use flat rate priority boxes. It actually costs $10.85 to ship in a medium flat rate box but since paypal charges a fee I upped it to $11.10. The dress itself costs about $5.00 more than that...or at least when I bought it, it did lol.
