To use the free shipping option it has to be unconditionally, but you listed one (free shipping over 350 credits). Since it's possible the winner may have to pay for shipping, it should be listed as buyer pays shipping. There are bids on the auction, so it's no longer possible to make the change. You'll either have to offer free shipping unconditionally or refund credits to the winner.
