Use it to store, shorten and keep headphone cord from getting tangled up. (I think it makes a better shortener to keep the cord out of the way. )2" tall 3/4" wide in the middle and 1.5" at the "hands and feet"
To use put cord into one of the holes/opening, then wrap around body. Put the other end through the other hole/opening.
There are probably better directions on the "Curvy Man" website. The address is on the " Curvy Man" body. ( you have to look close at the curve to see it)
