Robert William Unser was born in 1934 in Colorado and grew up to be among the most renowned racecar drivers in the world. Unser is one of only seven people to have won the Indianapolis 500 three times, and one of only two who won the race in three different decades. Unser was also the first driver to average more than 190 MPH in the Indy 500.
