Yes I made it. It is a Pine Cone, chenille stem for legs & neck, and the rest is Shells. including the head, painted red.

I don't see the legs only the shell it's sitting on. Are pipe cleaners chenille? The head and red things are all shells? I want to try to make one.

It has legs of pipe cleaners and small shell feet attached to the large base shell. The head is shells painted red.
