My daughter tried it on, but never wore it. I washed it in perfume-free detergent, like Tide Free or similar. I don't know if I bought/got this new or if it is pre-owned, but when I look at it, I don't see anything wrong or anything that makes it seem like it was worn - so to be safe, I'd say it seems new or worn only lightly! (I am a BIG saver, hence my name - couponbp, so I admit I buy A LOT preowned/at consignment shops, etc ... but it still looks in great condition!)
