This auction is for a Beautiful, Uncirculated, Proof, 1999 Dolley Madison Commemorative Silver Dollar.

The commemorative Proof was limited to only 224,403 coins minted. This coin needs to be sent to a TPGS for grading with the shape it is in. I can only imagine it coming back with a PF69 grade. This coin has started to show "Milk Spots" on it which can only tell the high quality of the Silver used in minting. If you do not know about "Milk Spots" you should do a search on it, for Silver collectors really do need to know all about them and what they are.

My GIN is being set, as usual, at 1/2 of what it is worth.
